Institutional Subscriptions are an Outpost feature that allow you to offer subscriptions to everyone within an institutional group (all members of an @unversity.edu or @organization.org email group). Group Subscriptions are an offer that allow buyers to buy a subscription and receive free subscriptions to gift to others.
Both of these features are available at the Luna level and above. If you're at the Space Station level and would like to utilize these, due to technical restrictions, you will need to upgrade to Luna.
