A lot of fixes and a fun new tool: Polls are in Labs as a beta , just ahead of the midterms in the U.S. (Luna-only for the beta)
You can now ask your audience a question from a block inside a post, and send it in the newsletter, where readers can vote (and change their vote) right from the Ghost newsletter.
A bunch of fixes are included in the release; but nothing that changes what you do every day, unless you want to try out the polls.
Note we are documenting two release here: 3.26 and 3.27. Someone forgot to send last week...

The Polls are Open
Polls are in beta in Outpost as of today, Wednesday October 21. These can go in posts on your sites and in newsletters, where readers can vote straight from the newsletter without logging into Ghost. Defaults now are polls are for only for members, but that includes free and paid. Anonymous or non-anonymous polls. Single choice or choose more than one option.

🗳️ Reader polls, in beta
Ask readers a question: include it in a post or a newsletter or both. Readers vote from wherever they see it. It's in beta, but already has some nice features including being able to choose multiple optoins, auto-closing of the poll, and your choice whether votes are anonymous or not. There's a small fix for dark mode in Gmail on mobile coming, so you might want to wait til Friday to use this in production. VOYAGER and LUNA+ only.

📋 A little more control over campaigns
You can now clone a campaign instead of rebuilding it, and if your campaign is about getting people to register for an event, emails won't go to those who already registered.
|
| |
|
⏳ Trial reminder emails by tier
You can now write a different message for each tier in the trial welcome email and the second and third trial reminders.
