This release cleans up a bunch of little issues and bugs, brings better messages and error messages that publishers see, and fixed some odd timezone issues.

- 📨 Fixed a bug where template variable fallbacks in bulk campaign emails didn't always render
- 🏷️ Fixed member labels falling out of sync with Ghost when a member's last label was removed
- 🏛️ Fixed institutional subscription expiration dates shifting by a day in some timezones

Added
- 🎁 When creating an offer in Outpot, Ghost trial offers are back: members can once again sign up with a free trial using a Ghost offer, and we fixed the underlying bug that could cause trials to be lost
- 🔄 New theme manifest status view, with the ability to refresh your theme's manifest straight from GitHub
- 💳 New option to collect a member's payment details without charging them (currently only for special requests)

- 🤖 The #Ignore_Advanced label now excludes members from the advanced autoresponder only, not other emails
- 🚮 Removed a non-working login button from the Cove integration
