This is a pretty large update with lots of little changes, fixes, and a big update to how sites sign up to Outpost.
We've also added a new tier, Voyager, that's between Space Station and Luna. It has most of the features of Luna that most sites on Luna use, but excluding ones that aren't commonly used or that require support from us to setup.
Nothing changes for existing clients.
