# Team Outpost partners with Lex Roman of Journalists Pay Themselves

Outpost Publishers Cooperative is thrilled to be partnering with [Lex Roman](https://lexroman.com/?ref=outpost.pub) and their site [Journalists Pay Themselves](https://journalistspaythemselves.com/?ref=outpost.pub). We met Lex while working with some of our clients, and they are launching an effort to help small independent publishers [get paid](https://journalistspaythemselves.com/p/how-to-convince-readers-to-pay-you?ref=outpost.pub) \- a perfect fit for us.

We highly recommend checking out Lex’s work, and subscriptions to their sites are more than worth the money, which we know because we subscribe. They also do events and [trainings](https://lexroman.com/training?ref=outpost.pub), which are also very worth your time.
